Preheat the oven to 180C. In a large bowl, beat the wet ingredients with a whisk. Add the erythritol, lemon zest and juice and finally the flours and baking powder.

Stir until smooth. Pour into donut molds (I had 6) up to about 2/3 of the rim and bake with heat up and down (and steam if you have it) for 15min. Et voilà!

They are delicious as is but for the frosting if you want to mix a little coconut yogurt with lemon juice and a little more zest and that's it!
