First prepare the oat drink: put the oat flakes to soak for 10 minutes, then throw the water away and put them in the blender with 200ml of water and a pinch of salt. Beat well and strain (I keep these flakes for other dishes). -You can use oat drink of purchase.

Infuse this drink with the grated coconut and strain again. Once cold add the pineapple juice and if you want to crush a slice of pineapple with the drink.

Add ice cubes to taste and serve. *You can add a sweetener.
