We add in a bowl: A pinch of salt, 2 cloves of garlic (previously well chopped) and the parsley leaves if possible also chopped (so it will cost less to grind them later) and we unify everything.

Then add to the same bowl: two tablespoons of natural lemon juice, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and three tablespoons of olive oil. Mix everything very well.

Add olive oil to the griddle and, after a few minutes, add the cuttlefish with a pinch of salt. Stir well so that it does not stick or burn.

When the cuttlefish is almost ready, add our previously prepared sauce and stir so that the cuttlefish gets the flavor.
