I used fresh beans, they can also be canned, wash them, cut them and the potatoes into pieces (I used 2 medium potatoes) and cut everything into small squares. And while I was at it I boiled the egg.

Let it cook for 20/25 minutes (depending on the potato), remove from heat and strain it, let it cool down a little, while you cut a tomato and onion. Then add the chopped egg and season with EVOO, salt, lemon and some seeds to taste!
