The recipe uses 3 tablespoons of applesauce but here's how to make it in a few minutes: Peel and cut the apple into small pieces, removing the core. Put it in a microwave safe container, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the microwave for 5-8 minutes at maximum power. Grind it with a blender to make a puree.

While we roast the apple we mix the egg with the yogurt, then we add the apple puree and the rest of the ingredients. If the batter is too thick we can add more milk.

Fry the pancakes in the pan with a little oil. I don't like very sweet pancakes as they usually have a side dish. I usually bake another apple or eat them with yogurt, banana or homemade cocoa cream, honey, etc.
