The recipe uses 3 tablespoons of applesauce but here's how to make it in a few minutes: Peel and cut the apple into small pieces, removing the core. Fry the pancakes in the pan with a little oil. I don't like very sweet pancakes as they usually have a side dish. I usually bake another apple or eat them with yogurt, banana or homemade cocoa cream, honey, etc.
