Preparación de la receta

Mix chickpea flour with water. It should have more or less the same texture as the egg. Mix with stirring bars and avoid lumps.

Add spices to taste

Add in a hot frying pan with a drizzle of oil. Cook approximately 2 minutes per side. When bubbles come out it is well done. Turn over and follow the same procedure.

Place and add piquillo peppers on top and a little salt if desired.
