Peel and cut the apple into thin slices. In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients.

In a bowl suitable for air fryer or microwave we turn a layer of apple and then the mixture and finish with the apple on top. We can add a little cinnamon to taste. Cook in the microwave at maximum power for about 5 minutes or in the air fryer at 175º until golden brown and curdled.
