Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds. Then put them in the oven to soften them and make it easier to empty them.

Wash and cut the vegetables into small pieces and sauté. Add salt and thyme.

Make the minced meat, add the turmeric, pepper and salt.

Remove the pumpkin from the oven and empty it. Mash the pulp with a blender and add it to the vegetables along with the minced meat.

Fill the pumpkins with the mixture and drop the egg on top. Bake in the oven until the egg is cooked and the pumpkins are lightly browned.
