Cook the potatoes in a pot with water until they are soft.

Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper.

Take two veal fillets and prepare the cachopo; on top of one of the fillets put a slice of ham, two slices of cheese and another slice of ham, put the other fillet on top and close with toothpicks. It is important to add a pinch of salt to each fillet.

Bread the fillets (first flour, then egg and finally bread) and place on the parchment paper.

When the potatoes are soft, take them out and mash them with a fork and put them on the parchment paper. Add salt, chopped garlic, parsley and a little oil.
