Poach the vegetables in strips and the potatoes in slices with the Avoe, add salt, thyme and bay leaf.

Add a little paprika and a small glass of white wine.

When the potatoes are almost done, add the fish. We leave it on the fire for about 10 minutes more and it is finished. (I didn't use hake, I used Fogonero but it was the only one I found in the ingredients 🤷🏼♀️)
