PREPARATION OF TORTILLAS: Heat the water without boiling. Pour it in a bowl and add the flour, oil and a pinch of salt. Knead until smooth and divide into 6 portions. Stretch each portion into a circle with a rolling pin or, failing that, a glass or bottle. It is necessary to leave them as thin as possible without breaking them. Toast the tortillas in a frying pan on both sides until they are well cooked and slightly crispy. Ready to eat.

FILLING: They can be filled with practically anything. I made them with chicken and salad, so in the tortilla I added: - Lettuce - Tomato - Sweet corn - Avocado - Feta cheese - Seasoned baked chicken strips (from Mercadona)

REALFOOD YOGURT SAUCE: Pour Greek yogurt into a bowl and add a pinch of salt, basil and black pepper. Peel a clove of garlic and grate it. Mix everything together until all the sauce has picked up the garlic and spice flavor. With that it would be ready, but if you want to have a more liquid sauce, you can add extra virgin olive oil until you get a less creamy texture.
