Boil the water with a dash of EVOO, a pinch of salt and 1 bay leaf. When it starts to boil, add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes or as long as the package says.

In a frying pan with a little more EVOO fry the onion and the green or red bell pepper (the one we like the most). When they are ready, add the tomato and the tuna and mix for a couple of minutes approximately.

Drain the pasta once ready and mix with the previous sauce. Finally you can put grated cheese (I like to use Parmesan cheese, but you can use whatever you like) on top if desired.
