To begin, we cut the onion into julienne strips and together with the chicken, we put it in a tupper. Add the soy sauce and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring water to boil, add in a blender glass the dates with the water, then the ginger and the garlic. Blend everything very well.

Put a little EVOO in a frying pan, put the chicken with the onion and cook. When we see that it is almost done, add the mixture of dates, ginger and garlic and let it simmer until the sauce has reduced and we see that the chicken is done. Perfect to serve with basmati rice, couscous...
