Add a spoonful of oil and two pieces of butter, then the chopped garlic and let it brown. Then add the leek and let it cook for a while.

Then add grated carrot and bell pepper cut into strips. Let it simmer for 10 minutes and add the soy sauce to cook for 5 minutes.

Add some broth to make the noodles (I used a chicken broth I had). The noodles have enough salt so there is no need to add anything to the broth. Keep boiling for 7 minutes and remove. Place the boiled egg and ready (7 min cooking time).
