In a saucepan, heat the oat drink or the oat drink of your choice with cinnamon powder. When it comes to a boil, lower the heat and add the oat flakes and the protein powder (in my case chocolate flavor). Stir while cooking.

After a couple of minutes, add the egg whites and continue stirring so that they do not curdle all at once. When the desired consistency is reached, remove from the heat. Before doing so, test to see if it is necessary to add any sweetener.

As toppings I added banana, strawberries and blueberries and an ounce of 85% chocolate and a mix of seeds.
