Prepare the sauce. Mash and add the carrot, bell pepper and onion to a frying pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add 4 tablespoons of fried tomato, a glass of water and the texturized soy. Season to taste (salt and pepper, thyme, oregano and basil). Cover the pan and let the sauce cook for 30 minutes.

Prepare the zucchini spaghetti. Cut them in the shape of spaghetti, a little thick and cook them in the wok with a drizzle of oil.

Plate. Remove the spaghetti to the plate, season and add the Bolognese sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese.
