First we crush the oat flakes and mix them with the melted butter. We put it as a base in the bowl where we are going to make the cake, mixing it very well.

Crush 150g of dark chocolate and put it in a pot with 225ml of milk and 225ml of cream. And 2 sheets of gelatin already hydrated. Heat for about 7 minutes stirring it.

Once these minutes have passed, place it on top of the oatmeal base, being careful not to break the base. Place in the refrigerator for one hour.

To make the second layer, grind 50g of chocolate, put it in a pot with 225ml of milk and 225ml of cream. And 2 sheets of gelatin already hydrated. Heat for about 7 minutes while stirring.

Once these minutes have passed, put it on top of the chocolate layer (but first with a fork to make some lines so that the layers do not separate when cut) being careful not to break the layer below. Put in the refrigerator for one hour.

To make the 3rd layer, put the beaten cheese in a saucepan with 225ml of milk and 225ml of cream. And 2 sheets of gelatin already hydrated. Heat for about 7 minutes while stirring.
