Banana and cocoa cookies

Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork, trying to keep as few lumps as possible.

Add the butter (previously melted by putting it 30'' in the microwave) and the rest of the ingredients, and mix well.

Let the dough rest for half an hour in the refrigerator.

In the recipe I used sieved dates (sold in carrefour), but the product is not yet in the app, so I had to use normal dates. To make it with normal dates, you have to previously soak them in hot water for about 20 minutes and then crush them together with part of the water until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then this homogeneous mixture is added to the bowl together with the rest of the the rest of the ingredients and mix it all again.

With the dough rested, we make the shape of the cookies and put them on the baking sheet. The dough is quite sticky, do not worry, the result is very good. We can help us with a couple of spoons to get the desired shape.

Bake at 180° for at least 35 minutes.
