Chop the onion, mushrooms, cheese and nuts to taste.

Sauté the onion with a dash of oil until it is soft and begins to brown.

Add the mushrooms and sauté for a couple of minutes and season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, beat the eggs until they become frothy

Add the cheese and walnuts to the pan and stir a couple of times to integrate with the rest of the ingredients.

Pour the beaten egg into a bowl and mix well.
