In a bowl put the wet ingredients, the grated carrot, the banana mashed with a fork and the egg. Beat or mix well.

In another bowl put the rice flour and yeast, mix, add cinnamon and ginger powder to taste and a pinch of salt. If you want you can add sweetener.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl and mix well. Add a splash of milk and chopped walnuts. Beat well and put in molds.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 12 minutes, depending on the oven. Let cool and enjoy.
