Cook the Romanescu with a little salt for approximately 25 minutes, although you can check it yourself, depending on the texture you prefer.

While the romanesco is cooking, you can cook the tomato with the eggs. I put the tomato sauce (the kind my grandmother makes 🙈) in a frying pan over low heat. When it started to boil I added the two eggs, cover and let them finish cooking over low heat.

Finally I have added all the spices. Here already ... to the taste of the consumer!
