⚠️Ingredients ⚠️ 🍪90 grams of oat flour. 🍪30 ml of EVOO 🍪 100 ml of milk or vegetable drink. 🍪40 grams of dates 🍫Toppings 🍫 🥥 Cocoa powder (15-20 gr) 🥥 1 ounce of chocolate <85% (I used 95%). 🥥 Cream of some dried fruit (I used almond). 🥥 Shredded coconut

We make the date paste (soak them and beat them with a little of the water). Then we mix all the base ingredients.

Divide the dough in two and put the ounce of chocolate in one half and the cocoa in the other half.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and form the cookies giving them the shape you want.

In the cocoa ones we put the almond cream or/and the grated coconut.

Bake the cookies in the oven for 15-20 minutes checking them.

Allow to cool and enjoy😋
