Wash 馃Ъ the broccoli 馃ウ and chop it very well, raw, with the mincer.

Transfer it to a frying pan 馃嵆 and cook it for 2-3 minutes with a clove of garlic 馃 and the onion 馃 finely chopped.

In the meantime, let's prepare the brown rice 馃尵. Cook it in a pressure cooker for 2 minutes (from when it starts to make noise), don't overdo it as we will finish it in the pan afterwards.

Cut the rest of the vegetables and cook them in another pan 馃嵆.

Once the rice is ready 馃尵, drain it (don't throw away all the water 馃挧) and finish it with the broccoli 馃ウ, the vegetables and its own broth.

Finally, add the spices (I used DUCROS brand Mexico flavor) and salt 馃 to taste.
