Leave the seitan to macerate for at least 6 hours; soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper, sweet paprika, cumin and Provencal herbs. In my case it is homemade, the recipe is from the blog dedondesacolasproteinas, no-chicken.

Cut the carrot into slices and the pepper into strips and bake in the oven with a little oil for 15-20 minutes at 180°.

Add the seitan and baked vegetables to the pancake and brown a little in the pan to crisp the pancake.
