In a bowl put the oat flakes, milk and mix. Add the eggs and mix to obtain a homogeneous dough.

Add the coconut oil, yeast, cinnamon and chocolate to taste. In my case I used dark chocolate and natural almonds that I laminated with a knife. Optional, I did not add the coconut, but in case someone likes it....

Mix everything. We can let stand about 30min but as I had a visitor and I wanted them soon, as it was with a spoon I was spreading on parchment paper without homogeneous shape or size, as they came out but if the same amount for baking. The oven preheated and put them in for 18 minutes at 210 °, check according to your oven so that they are not too toasted but well done.
