Cherry ice cream with ice cream maker

I make the date paste after soaking them for about 20 minutes.

I pit the cherries and put them in a blender with all the other ingredients, except the chocolate.

I beat everything together and pour it into the ice cream maker, previously frozen.

As it rotates, I add the chocolate broken into small pieces.

I leave in the refrigerator until the mixture thickens.

I serve it and enjoy!
