⚠️Para keep the puff pastry, smooth the dough into a rectangular sheet. Cut it into pieces (without dragging the knife so that the layers of puff pastry do not stick together). Wrap the pieces with cling film and freeze. To use the puff pastry, take the sheets out 1 hour before.

Preparation of the filling: This part is much simpler. 1️⃣Limpia and chop all the vegetables you are going to use (or whatever you have chosen for your stuffing) and sauté them in a frying pan with a little salt and olive oil until they are tender. 2️⃣Puedes add spices to taste, I put pepper and oregano. 3️⃣Añade a little grated cheese (or nutritional yeast) and tomato sauce and ready to fill the puff pastry!

⚠️Montamos the puff pastry with a base layer, the filling and close well with the other sheet folding the edges so that the filling does not come out. Brush with egg yolk and bake (preheated) at 210° about 15-20min.

1️⃣Envuelve the butter on baking paper, smooth it with a rolling pin, form a square by cutting the corners and set aside in the refrigerator.

2️⃣Coloca the flour in a bowl. Incorporate the cut corners of butter. Add the salt and pour the water. Knead with your hands. Cover the dough with plastic wrap (touching the dough so that it does not dry out) and let it rest for 15 minutes.

3️⃣Después from rest, knead again until you see that it cracks or begins to break. Make a ball, cover it again with plastic wrap and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough in the shape of a cross with a rolling pin (do not leave it too thin so that it does not break). Remove the butter from the refrigerator and place it in the center of the cross.
