Combine all the ingredients and grind them in the blender except the chocolate.

Transfer the dough to a rectangular mold (or anything to shape it, either a taper or a milk carton in half).

Flatten the dough in the mold with a spoon or glass with great force, so that it is well compacted and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate ounces.

Spread the melted chocolate on top of the nougat and decorate with peanut butter (optional).
