Heat the oven to 200掳.

Wash and cut the vegetables into julienne strips, i.e. long strips.

On a baking tray put baking paper or aluminum foil as I did, and place the vegetables on it.

Add a few drops of oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Place the salmon on top and close with the paper as if it were a small package.

When the oven is hot, we put our package in the oven for 15 minutes, if you want the vegetables a little more done, 20 minutes.

And it would be ready! Be careful when opening the package, a little steam comes out and it can burn, open it carefully!
