Pasta with chicken and mushrooms

Peel and cut the onion and leek into small pieces. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Sauté the onion and leek with a little EVOO. After a few minutes, when they turn golden brown, add the mushrooms and sauté until they are well done. Set aside. While the vegetables are cooking, boil the pasta for the time specified on the package and set aside.

In the same pan as before, cook the chicken previously cut into pieces (I have chosen the boneless thigh because I find it tastier than a chicken breast). When the chicken is done, add the vegetables made in the first step and stir for a minute.

When everything is mixed, add the cooking cream and stir well. Taste and add salt if necessary. Add the pasta, stir well and serve.
