Preparación de la receta

1

The first thing to do would be to make the date paste, which is to remove the stone, put them in a glass and cover them with hot water and let them hydrate for a while, then, with the blender, blend until you have a cream.

2

We can do it by hand or in a processor, The order would be the same... always the wet ingredients first, well crushed and then add the dry ingredients until they are all well integrated. We proceed, mash the bananas, and add the eggs, the spoonfuls of date paste, a dash of vanilla essence, the Greek yogurt, and the vegetable milk or whatever you like. Then add the oat flour, cinnamon, ginger, and yeast. We integrate the mixture well and add our choco chips.

3

Now separate a little of the mixture in another bowl and add two tablespoons of carob flour... if we see that it gets too thick we can rectify it by adding a little more milk, as to equalize textures with the previous mixture. Now pour the first mixture into the mold and then the new dark mixture. Stir a little with a fork but not too much so that we get a marbled cake. We put it in the oven for about 25 minutes at 190. We wait for it to cool a little... And enjoy!
